One Asked: Has My Cat Got Diabetes?

Okay so I have a male cat who is about seven years old. For the past 1-2 months he has been drinking lots of water then rushing to the litter box, half the time he hasn't made it and ended up peeing on the stairs or rug. He has lost a bit weight (I can feel his ribs and spine) and I think he hasn't been eating as he used too but that could be because he eats some of our food when we eat at dinnertime. When I pinch his skin and leave go of it it takes a while to go back. For a while now he hasn't been as alert he usually just stairs into space. When he was younger he had came home and he had a broken tail, also his pelvis had something wrong with it and he couldn't pee properly so we had to press of his bladder to make him pee so could it be linked with that, that also has gave him bad arthritis is his back legs.

My step mom's birthday is soon and I was wondering what a must-have would be for someone with arthritis. She is in her upper forties, bus driver. She has them bad in her hands some some days. I want to get her something that will be comfortable or help limit the pain in her hands. Like, a no-hands hair dryer. (But she has that. Also a electric can opener)

I have been diagnosed with osteo arthritis, I am 34. My mum has osteoperosis and my dad has to wear a harness as he is developing a hump on his back due to arthritis they are both aged 73.
I am not too sure if its a misdiagnosis, I had a car crash 10 yrs ago and had physio on my back the physio tole me I had a misshaped spine instead of a V I have a Y shape. I have had intermittent back pain for years but recently it has taken over my life. I cant eat, sleep, walk, sit without being in pain. My GP says its a bout of chronic pain and has gave me anti imflamatorys and analgesics but they dont work. My hands and feet get swollen and if my feet get too hot its uncomfortable but if they are cold its painful. I have headaches and I am very forgetful but not sure if thats down to having 3 children. I do find the forgetfulness really frustrating as I am such an organised person. Should I push this issue?

danii Asked: Severe pain in hip after walking?

Ok so yesterday i walked about 5 miles, i walk this no problem usually! But on my way back on the last mile or so my right hip started really hurting, getting worse with every step. Today i woke up and can't move my leg without being in complete agony! My hip feels like its going to snap.. No pain when im still though? Just when moving. Its absolute agony! Has anybody else ever had this?
I will be making a doctors appointment later during the day, they aren't open yet!
Im 21 so i doubt its arthritis etc..
Im not fat, I've actually just lost a lot of weight. And i haven't had any problems with my hips before?

I am the same as most of you.What can be the difference is that at 21 years old I have extreme arthritis in my knees. And for that medical marijuana helps me. I am allergic to vicoden and muscle relaxers.
I want to know how people feel about medical marijuana, if it is needed would you judge you mother, father, or even child.

I see people wearing copper bangles who claim it helps variously with their arthritis, blood pressure or who knows else what I've forgot.

Other than causing a weird blue stain around the wrist do these bangles have any legitimate medical benefit?

Hey I asked my mum to get me an place at the doctors to see them, but I asked a question on here a few days ago and these are my systems, it is my left toe on my second Joint from the bottom and it cold but not really really cold just a little bit and it is the same colour as the rest of my body and it felt like I had a really tight elastic band on my big toe yesterday but today it feels loser and if I walk on it I feels like a doctor is trying to but a small bone back into place or like I have a small bone out of place? I asked here a few days ago like I said but I only got one answer and she said I could have a gout( what the hell is that) but I don't know, do you think it sound like a gout and I looked on the Internet and it said you only get it in men but I am a girl and it said you get it in men aged 3O-4O I am 13 and a girlI am so confussed okiie I have 2 more questions

Any horrible side effects??I'm always nervous when starting my dog on any new meds.He is about 11 years old and is currently on Cosequin DS Plus (glucosammine./chondroitin/msm).He is on a grain free diet.His front and back legs are very stiff from his old age.

I took one tablet of Oxaquin for treatment of Sinusitis. I felt quite better but when I checked internet about this medication, it said its not good for people who are suffering from joint pains/arthritis/muscular weakness. I suffered a quite long period from back and shoulder pain until I started to feel better last month. I'm afraid if this pain may come back to me. What should I do? continue to complete the full course or stop using it?
